The warrant was issued because Dr Ehizojie failed to comply with court orders to produce a medical report for Tigran Gambaryan, an executive at Binance, who has been detained in Nigeria since February 2024 on money laundering and foreign exchange violation charges.In addition, Justice Nwite ordered Gambaryan to undergo a 24-hour medical examination at Nizamiye Hospital. The case has been adjourned to October 11 for further proceedings.
