Hamilton Lane, a leading global private markets investment firm, is bullish on the future of tokenization in private markets, which the firm believes will increase access to private markets for more investors and enable traditional investors to explore digital assets.
Victor Jung, head of digital assets at Hamilton Lane views tokenization as the democratization of the markets, explaining that, "As opposed to the pure DeFi world, blockchain in our world are associated with security tokens." 
The firm sees the tokenization of private markets as a natural evolution, just like it happened with the stock markets.
