Since the release of VIMworld <a href="https://blog.vimworld.com/blogs/announcing-the-inaugural-vimworld-box-sale" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Boxes</a>, which opened to reveal <a href="https://blog.vimworld.com/blogs/unboxing-eggs-prepare-yourself-for-the-big-day" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">EGGs</a>, and the Store debut of the impressive <a href="https://blog.vimworld.com/blogs/incubators-growls-notes" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Incubators</a>, the sense of anticipation for the release of Incubation utility and Companions has been growing to fever pitch.We are incredibly excited to declare that the wait is over, incubation is LIVE, and you can begin incubating your EGGs right away!‍Hatching Your FutureIn a nutshell, incubation works by combining an Incubator, EGG, and  VIM together and then simply waiting for the EGG to hatch. Higher tier Incubators, which require higher tier VIMs to operate, offer much faster Incubation speeds and EGGs of greater rarity take longer to Incubate. A Godly EGG incubated in a Basic Incubator takes 150 days to hatch, compared to 25 days in a SX-tier Incubator. Feeling impatient? Then feel free to hit that boost button! There are two different types of boost available that will help get you over the line much quicker. Check out our guide and video for more in-depth information about how to incubate and boost.The release of Companions heralds the introduction of myriad new mechanics to VIMworld. These fun little friends, which themselves are each unique NFTs with their own edition numbers, come in 5 power levels and 21 different lineages. We don’t want to add any spoilers here, so we’ll let the community feel the magic of unlocking each new Companion and finding out about their special abilities. Many Companions will gain even more utility in the future, so don’t count any out at first glance! Each VIM can be linked with up to 8 different Companions at a time, creating powerful combinations of traits and stackable boosts. We can’t wait to see how you combine Companions to create OP combinations.‍More ways to earn rewardsWith this significant upgrade to our platform, we are also adding new $POWA rewards routes. Firstly, Store purchases and EGG hatchings are new events that will each earn 800 $POWA each time you complete one of them.Excitingly, we are now also adding special monthly $POWA rewards for monthly attainment in the VIMworld leaderboards. Now you’ll be able to see each Vanguard treasure for each VIM and Tier in 5 possible states:<ul><li>Vanguard Treasures held by a certain VIM,</li><li>Vanguard Treasures earned by a certain VIM but not yet awarded</li><li>Vanguard Treasures available to be earned,</li><li>Burned Vanguard Treasures</li><li>Vanguard Treasures lost during the transition from VeChain to BSC</li></ul>A note of caution however - although Vanguard Treasure status now updates in real time, there is always a small chance another VIM could beat you to the next Vanguard Tier by a few seconds.
