The WEMIX Foundation announced the <a href="https://medium.com/wemix-communication/wemix-vesting-plan-2023-b49caa0396f4" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">WEMIX VESTING PLAN</a> at the end of last year. Per the announcement, the WEMIX supply allocated for <a href="https://medium.com/wemix-communication/transfer-disclosure-1-471-016-wemix-1531381bbad3" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">December 2022</a> and <a href="https://medium.com/wemix-communication/transfer-disclosure-7-191-795-wemix-f5f115db3b19" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">January 2023</a> was transferred from the Foundation-owned Non-Circulation wallet to the Foundation-owned Circulation wallet to secure the foundation’s resources for business purposes.However, the supply method confused the community and investors into thinking that the monthly allocation of WEMIX transferred to the Foundation-owned Circulation wallet was all used. In response to this, as announced in the <a href="https://medium.com/wemix-communication/new-years-address-and-wemix-purchase-plan-by-kwan-ho-park-chairman-of-wemade-1580166b51c4" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">New Year’s Address and WEMIX Purchase Plan in January</a> by WEMADE Chairman Kwan-ho Park, the Supply Schedule has been amended to provide more stability in the investment market.Moving forward, the WEMIX Foundation Vesting Plan will be redefined as the WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit. Consequently, the usage of WEMIX will be disclosed before each transfer instead of accumulating the monthly allocation in the Foundation-owned Circulation wallet. In addition, the WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit will be accumulated every month, and WEMIX supply related to marketing and investments will not exceed the Max Supply Limit as of this date (February 28, 2023).As a result, from February, the transfers from the Foundation-owned Non-Circulation wallet to the Foundation-owned Circulation wallet that began in December 2022 will be aborted. When actual usage is required, the final transfer will be executed after a transfer disclosure announcement, once transferring WEMIX from the Foundation-owned Non-Circulation wallet to the Foundation-owned Circulation wallet.Finally, the current balance in the Foundation-owned Circulation wallet is 6,359,351.75 WEMIX, and the remaining balance will be recovered to the Foundation-owned Non-Circulation wallet. A separate announcement for the WEMIX recovery will be made.
