The independent team of developers behind the <a href="https://t.me/wallet" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">&#64;wallet</a> bot have today announced the long-awaited integration of USDT. Telegram users registered with &#64;wallet will now be able to seamlessly send, buy, and trade the stablecoin between one another without leaving the Telegram app.Users will be able to send USDT held on the Tron network (TRC-20) through Telegram with zero transaction fees. Sending USDT to other Telegram users has now become as easy as sending a photograph in the app.USDT will also be added to &#64;wallet’s peer-to-peer marketplace. Here users will be able to easily buy and sell the stablecoin, with both a Toncoin and Bitcoin pair available. The sale, purchase, and trading of USDT within the peer-to-peer marketplace will follow the system outlined in the earlier integration of The Open Network blockchain&#39;s native token, Toncoin, with the <a href="https://t.me/wallet" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">&#64;wallet</a> bot. As such, sellers will pay 0.9% commission on the peer-to-peer deals, whilst there will be no commission fees for buyers.This update is a key example of the &#64;wallet bot team’s desire to create a seamless, user-friendly experience within Telegram that enables both beginners and veterans alike to easily access the world of Web3. USDT is the first stablecoin available on the platform and joins Toncoin and Bitcoin as a token that can be purchased and traded within Telegram.A spokesperson from &#64;wallet bot commented: ‘The integration of USDT into the &#64;wallet bot is set to make our platform even more accessible, with the world’s largest stablecoin by market cap now available to purchase.
