We are excited to share with you all of the details regarding our upcoming MOBLAND Turf &amp; Digital Weed Farm sales!The sale includes 1,250 dynamic, upgradeable digital weed farms across 5 different rarities and 150 MOBLAND Turf parcels across 5 different Turf Sizes. There will be a whitelist and public sale for both collections.There are four major milestones surrounding the Turf &amp; Farm sales: Raffles &amp; Whitelist Token Distributions, Whitelist Sale for Turf &amp; Farm Mystery Boxes, Public Sale for Turf &amp; Farm Mystery Boxes, Public Dutch Auction for Limited Turf Sizes.The timeline is outlined below &#x1f447;<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/919912aeb2e942fa93e505f4b8041d35.png" />In this article, we will provide details into each of the major milestones listed above.<h2 id="header-0">Raffles &amp; Whitelist Token Distribution</h2>The whitelist snapshot period concluded on December 4th at 5:00pm UTC. The full list of qualified whitelist users and the corresponding whitelist status can be found at our snapshot site &#x1f449; <a href="https://api.mob.land/v1/snapshots/latest" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://api.mob.land/v1/snapshots/latest</a>Per the whitelist guidelines we provided,<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/0*4LWgdngh8j6UW-Z-" />We must host the following raffles to finalize the whitelist &#x1f447;<ol><li>Qualified whitelist users who staked between 10k and 50k SYNR participate in a raffle to win 10 free Farm tokens. The non-winners will participate in a raffle to win 190 Guaranteed Whitelist Farms</li><li>Qualified whitelist users who staked between over 50k and 250k SYNR participate in a raffle to win 60 free Farm tokens</li></ol>On December 8th, the raffles will be conducted and upon their completion the final list of whitelist winners will be posted across our official channels.On December 9th, whitelisted winners will be airdropped their respective whitelist tokens. It is important to note &#x1f447;<ol><li>The whitelist token is tradeable</li><li>Free Farm whitelist winners will not be airdropped a token and instead they will be airdropped a Farm at the conclusion of the Public Farm sale</li></ol><h2 id="header-1">Whitelist Sale: Turf &amp; Farm Mystery Boxes</h2><img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/1*c8mDj9pB13Tl6ny13pE9Vg.png" />The next major milestone is the Whitelist Sale for Turfs &amp; Farms, which will be sold via Mystery Boxes and offered to all eligible whitelisted users. The price of assets in the Whitelist sale will be discounted as compared to the Public sale prices. Moreover, purchasing your asset with SEED will yield an additional discount as compared to BUSD. Below we will provide details into the Farm and Turf Whitelist sales.<h2 id="header-2">Whitelist Farm Mystery Boxes</h2>The Farm Whitelist sale features a total of 1,250 Mystery Boxes composed of 5 different rarities.<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/0*1_Fy2eBOqhav_GHT" />The whitelist mint price for each mystery box is $215 BUSD or 110,000 SEED. The BUSD whitelist mint price is a 28% discount and the SEED whitelist mint price is a 40% discount as compared to the public BUSD mint price.<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/0*_Yuywpxx5rwVFNb1" /><h2 id="header-3">Whitelist Turf Mystery Boxes</h2>A total of 135 Turfs have been dedicated to whitelisted participants composed of Lakeside (4x4), Farmland (6x6) &amp; Residential (8x8) Turfs.<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/0*hQbexajQYy8PX8ei" />The whitelist mint price for each mystery box is $420 BUSD or 220,500 SEED. The BUSD whitelist mint price is a 30% discount and the SEED whitelist mint price is a 40% discount as compared to the public BUSD mint price.<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/0*Yc09OEfyh9CTUpgf" />After the conclusion of the whitelist sales we will move onto the public sale for the Turf &amp; Farm mystery boxes.<h2 id="header-4">Public Sale: Turf &amp; Farm Mystery Boxes</h2><img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/1*VMfAvsjqqTcY6XgCet3vxw.png" />The Public sale for Turf &amp; Farm mystery boxes will include all remaining mystery boxes that went unsold during the whitelist sales. BUSD or SEED are the two assets that can be used to purchase mystery boxes during Public Sale. The public mint price for each mystery &#x1f447;<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/1*o2SZWttFg9YV5uJ66_neeg.png" /><h2 id="header-5">Public Sale: Turf Dutch Auctions</h2><img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/1*47I-jUYpEQa7qdly80AWgA.png" />The Public Turf Dutch Auction Sale will be hosted on Opensea and features 10 Woodland (10x10) &amp; 5 Rockies (12x12) Turfs. A Dutch auction refers to a type of auction in which the mint price starts with a high price, incrementally lowering the price until someone places a bid.<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/0*SCQxIgNajrzJe90z" /><h2 id="header-6">Further Sales Details</h2><ul><li>15 Turf auctions, one for each piece of Turf.</li><li>All auctions will begin on December 20th, Time TBD</li><li>BNB will be utilized as the payment method for the Dutch Auction.</li></ul>It is important to note that if you have a Turf Whitelist token and win a Dutch Auction, you will be reimbursed 20% of the sale price upon proof of Whitelist Token.The MOBLAND Sale App is not live and will be updated on this living document and on the official links channel in MOBLAND’s Discord server as we get closer to the launch date.
