This vote decides if we should submit an offer and buy the course.”The writers said the course is &#34;playable today&#34; and worth investing in due to its high ceiling to low price ratio.“Even a price of quadruple the ‘guide price&#39; would be cheaper than most subpar courses we have reviewed thus far in the US,” the authors said.LinksDAO shortened the voting window to 48 hours to act quickly and perhaps achieve a reasonable price for the club:If we join the sale, we must act quickly. [...] We will complete this purchase while pursuing US course(s).Golf Business News reports that LinksDAO will offer around $900,000, which is its current market value.Fochabers, 3.5 hours distant, has an 18-hole golf course.The DAO said it would use crowdfunding capital to finance the purchase and move funds from its treasury to a business bank account to sustain operations.Within 30 days after acquisition, the proposal stated.LinksDAO became a DAO in January 2022 after selling 9,000 &#34;leisure&#34; and &#34;global&#34; membership NFTs on OpenSea in 24 hours to raise $10.5 million.According to OpenSea, 5,302 Ethereum-issued LinksDAO memberships are owned.Memberships start at 0.29 Ether, or $480 at current pricing.CoinGecko reports a $4.34 million market cap for LinksDAO, but its treasury is unknown.Basketball star Stephen Curry joined LinksDAO. He may still retain tokens.
