Hey $GAMI community!We are starting to launch new IDOs after a long wait. GAMI Launchpad, the first platform of GAMI World, will start connecting its community with new projects soon.In this period, we’ve observed the blockchain ecosystem and IDO launches/projects and we made some deductions which will shape our new regulation system for IDO/INO launches.We will have new rules before and after launching projects, so that we can protect our community from any loss that might be caused by projects/third parties. Please read below to learn more about our new IDO launch rules.Non-Anonymous Teams: We expect projects to have non-anonymous teams in order to be accepted for IDO launches. We aim to ensure a healthy and long-term communication between projects and their investors.Payment in Installments: The raised funds will no longer be delivered to projects at a single time right after the launch ends. After each token unlock period, a percentage of the raised fund that is equal to the percentage of the unlocked vesting will be transferred to the project. Our goal here is to ensure protection for our community and the new investors of the projects so that if a project makes a mistake that is unacceptable, the investors will get a refund equal to their remaining vested allocations.Market Price &amp; IDO Price Relationship: IDO participants will have a chance to get a refund for their remaining vestings if the project’s token price falls below the IDO price in the first 2 vesting periods after being listed on a CEX or DEX. Our goal is to protect the IDO participants against negative outcomes regarding the market price management (market making) and a possibility of lack of liquidity.Locked Liquidity Pool: Project owners have to lock their liquidity pools within 48 hours after the first token unlock period (except projects that are directly listed on a CEX). Otherwise, IDO participants will have a chance to get a refund for their remaining vestings.Vesting Tokens: The token amount that is equal to the raised fund must be transferred to the GAMI World team at least 24 hours before the token distribution starts. Our goal here is to protect our users against project-related mishaps at the time of token distribution.Audit: Projects must have their contracts audited before making an application for IDO on GAMI Launchpad.General Evaluation: The GAMI World team will observe the project community channels closely and will be in constant communication with the project owners. If sufficient transparency cannot be determined in roadmap, marketing and community communication, the projects will be contacted for clarifications. If these problems are not solved in 72 hours, our team will have the right to cancel the remaining token distributions and provide a refund option to IDO participants.With our new IDO launch system, we will be bringing new promising projects to our community while ensuring their safety at all costs.
