<p>PlatOn, the <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/tag/ai/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">AI</a>-based privacy-preserving network has introduced a new system named Tokenized Open Payment Operating System (TOPOS). TOPOS is built on PlatOn which is a well-known <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/glossary/web-3-0/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Web3</a>-based payment platform. The platform launched it at the global level in Hong Kong’s Web3 festival of 2023.</p><p>TOPOS adheres to the multi-party architecture named OPEN LOOP. TOPOS is a dynamic <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/glossary/blockchain-3-0/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">blockchain</a>-based operating system best known for clearance and open payment. TOPOS entertains its users to transfer value and mint money in the most secure and controlled manner employing Web3.</p><h2 id="header-0">Aims of the PlatOn’s Launching TOPOS</h2><p>With the addition of TOPOS to <a href="https://www.platon.network/en" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">PlatOn</a>, anyone would be able to cope and manage the clearance service and final payments. Moreover, this would be done through a dynamic <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/glossary/digital-asset-ecosystem/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">ecosystem</a> in which TOPOS provides efficient blockchain capabilities. Users and merchants would be able to hold Web3-based assets in non-custodial manners. Furthermore, exchange value and payments can also be carried out efficiently according to the standards set by the acquiring institutions, payment standard setters, tokenized money and wallet institutions.</p><p>TOPOS (Tokenized Open Payment Operating System) mainly focuses on the development of clearing architecture and multi-payment platform. This platform is based on the consensus of multi-parties i.e., wallets, acquiring institutions, issuing institutions, and global developers. Moreover, few other professional service institutions would be incorporated with their best compliance framework of regulations.</p><h2 id="header-1">PlatOn’s Announcement</h2><p>PlatOn founder, SunLilin officially announced the launch of TOPOS to be developed on PlatOn. It was made sure that employing Web3, would enable users to exchange value and mint money in a secure and controlled manner. And, anyone would be able to assemble their final payments as well as clearing service by means of underlying capabilities of blockchain provided by the TOPOS. This launch of TOPOS would ultimately benefit merchants and users.</p>
