She emphasized the need for accelerated merger reviews and increased transparency, noting that this would also provide clarity to businesses.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Finally, the CMA announced its intervention in the close relationship between ChatGPT creator OpenAI and Microsoft. The updated document draws attention to the rapid changes in the market and emphasizes the need to review the balances in the industry.</p>
