<p>Do Kwon, founder of Terra Luna and it&#8217;s native stablecoin $UST, has been arrested, according to a <a href="https://www.yna.co.kr/view/AKR20230323179251004?input=feed_police">Korean news site Yonhap.</a> </p>



<p>The article states that Do was arrested on the 23rd of March by Montenegro authorities, and that police are currently waiting for fingerprint identification to verify his identity.</p>



<p><strong><em>An official from the National Police Agency said, &#8220;I confirmed the age, nationality, and name of the person&#8217;s identification card, and that it was the same person as the representative of the volume as a photographic material.&#8221;</em></strong></p>

<p>This arrest follows Do Kwon claiming on Twitter that he was still in his Singaporean residence, and was not currently on the run. </p>

<p>He was also spotted publicly denying<a href="https://chaindebrief.com/sec-sues-do-kwon-claims-he-cashed-out-100m-in-bitcoin-from-luna-foundation-guard/"> allegations from the SEC </a>that he stole over $100M in Bitcoin from the Luna Foundation Guard, and various rumors that he was campaigning for the return of Luna 2.0.</p>

<p>Aside from that, he has also been letting his followers know that Sam Bankman-Fried and Alameda Research were responsible for the downfall of UST.</p>
