Animoca Brands has announced a new partnership with LayerZero Labs, the creators of the LayerZero interoperability protocol. This partnership, which will last for several years, aims to use LayerZero’s technology to make digital assets and blockchain-based systems work better together, improving experiences for both users and developers. 
As part of the deal, LayerZero will be the go-to choice for Animoca Brands and its related projects when it comes to interoperability solutions. This means that LayerZero’s technology will be used to connect different digital systems and assets across various platforms.&nbsp; 
For example, Mocaverse, a network developed by Animoca Brands that includes systems for managing accounts, identities, and reputations, and Open Campus, a decentralized education platform, are already using LayerZero’s Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard to enhance their operations.

Animoca Brands and LayerZero Labs will organize events like hackathons and educational programs to help people understand and use interoperability technology better.&nbsp; 
They will also create content to spread awareness about how LayerZero’s technology works. Animoca Brands will recommend LayerZero’s solutions to its network of over 540 companies in its investment portfolio. 
The gaming industry, which includes more than 3.4 billion players worldwide, is expected to benefit greatly from this partnership. LayerZero’s technology aims to simplify how digital ownership and cross-chain interactions work, making it easier for gamers to enjoy Web3 experiences without getting bogged down by complicated technology. This should make digital content more accessible and engaging for users. 
Bryan Pellegrino, CEO of LayerZero Labs, shared his excitement about the partnership, saying, “This collaboration will create seamless omnichain interactions and enhance the digital experiences for our respective communities. Together, we are making it easier for developers and users to harness the full potential of blockchain technology in gaming, digital entertainment, and beyond.” 
Yat Siu, co-founder and executive chairman of Animoca Brands, also expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We are extremely excited about this unique partnership and the opportunity to work even more closely with LayerZero to advance interoperability across Web3.&nbsp;
