Hut 8 Corp., one of the biggest Bitcoin miners in North America, has <a href="https://hut8.com/2024/07/01/hut-8-announces-closing-of-150-million-investment-from-coatue/" target="_blank" data-type="link" data-id="https://hut8.com/2024/07/01/hut-8-announces-closing-of-150-million-investment-from-coatue/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">announced</a> that it has closed its previously disclosed $150 million convertible note investment from a fund managed by Coatue Management, L.L.C.&nbsp;
Hut 8 intends to take advantage of the exception found in Section 602.1 of the TSX Company Manual, which permits ‘Eligible Interlisted Issuers’ to have some requirements waived. Hut 8’s website and the SEC’s Form 8-K filing contain information about the transaction and the Note Purchase Agreement.
