<p>Michael Saylor of MicroStrategy has predicted that Bitcoin could reach $10M per coin, and Jack Mallers, CEO of Strike, has added his voice to the chorus of bullish predictions with a $1M target.</p> 
<h2 id="mallers-prediction">Mallers’ Prediction</h2> 
<p>In a recent interview, Mallers stated that a million-dollar Bitcoin is not impossible. His prediction is based on the expectation of central banks printing money to support the bond markets, which he believes will also boost Bitcoin.</p> 
<p>Mallers pointed out that while halving does induce price discovery for Bitcoin, the bigger catalyst is the sovereign debt market. This market, used by governments to finance national programs, is reportedly in crisis and in need of a massive bailout.</p> 
<h2 id="bitcoin-and-the-bond-market">Bitcoin and the Bond Market</h2> 
<p>Other industry figures, such as Mike Novogratz of Galaxy Digital and Arthur Hayes, founder of BitMEX, have expressed similar views. According to Hayes, the ongoing crisis in Japan and the dumping of US bonds could lead to a ‘stealth liquidity’ injection and boost Bitcoin.</p> 
<p>Mallers also commented on memecoins, particularly those on Solana, viewing them as another way to monetize the speculation caused by central banks’ currency devaluations.</p> 
<p>Despite these optimistic predictions, Bitcoin has experienced selling pressure, dropping to $61K following news that Mt Gox is ready to repay victims in early July. Charles Edwards, founder of crypto hedge fund Capriole Fund, has noted that Germany is dumping $3B and MtGox is dumping $9B of Bitcoin.</p>
