Layer 0 is a network framework running beneath the blockchain. It is made up of protocols, connections, hardware, miners, and everything else that forms the foundation of the blockchain ecosystem.

Native tokens serve as the core consensus layer, offering economic incentives to motivate users to contribute and sustain the ecosystem within the HGTP network, thus establishing a win-win environment in which all participants are equally rewarded for their efforts.
