UK Treasury Seeks Advice on the Crypto Regulation Framework

HM Treasury of the United Kingdom has sought advice from companies such as Polygon Labs, Andreessen Horowitz, AFME, and DPF to answer emerging questions on the regulatory framework for crypto assets. While the "same risk, same regulatory outcome" approach has received maximum support, some issues have also been raised in understanding it equally. It is hoped that the government will consider specific regulations as the next step.
