Options Trading Protocol Lyra Finance to Launch OP Stack-Based Lyra Chain
Options trading protocol Lyra Finance announced it will launch V2, which will be built on Lyra Chain, a custom Ethereum rollup based on OP Stack aiming to provide a scalable environment to support a high throughput, low latency and low-cost execution for the protocol.
Lyra Chain will become V2's margin, liquidations, and settlement engine for both options and perpetuals. It will support deposits and withdrawals from Ethereum mainnet and Layer2 networks, and provide an EVM environment to build and deploy smart contracts.
In addition, Lyra will launch Lyra Matcher, an open source order matching engine to offer off-chain matching service between traders and market makers.
