Hello, Moonlanders! April has been an incredible month for our team, filled with exciting development and marketing milestones. We're eager to share all the latest updates, so let's jump right in!
I. Game Development
Our developers were hard at work preparing for Consensus. Attendees had a fantastic time taking turns playing our playable Pre-Alpha, which showcased the progress we've made.
Kieran recently shared some exciting updates on character customization and the base point look for each character during a Twitch Stream. He also hinted at transportation options, including hoverboards!
Moonland has two confirmed mini games:
- Training rings with the jet pack
- Asteroid laser shooting
Speaking of Twitch, Kieran introduced a new character, Max!
And our latest character addition, N.o.r.m!
- As we continue to expand our game, we'd like to recap the official names of our first set of characters:
- Kimmi: A determined moon native who led a rebellion against the manipulative Doggo.
- Jesse: One of our pioneering female characters, exuding strength, and determination.
- Doggo: A master manipulator who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals.
- Ike: A trailblazing male character, always ready for adventure.
- Sol Boosk: a seasoned bounty hunter who's always on the lookout for the next big score.
- Zippo: Hailing from Cthulhu, Zippo is an interesting looking character.
- Max: A lovable member of our canine species!
- Norm: Our innovative robotic character
- Skull: From the dark remnants of Shadowland, with an enigmatic past and powerful abilities.
II. Marketing & Events
- We hosted a Twitter Space with special guest Michela Silvestr from Huobi, engaging in a fascinating conversation about Women in Web 3.

- Our Learn 2 Earn (L2E) Quiz Day on Discord was a smashing success – it was wonderful to see so many of you join! Get ready for our next one.
- Moonland and Qtum also proudly showcased our latest developments at our booth during the Web 3 Festival in Hong Kong. Also, Our founder, Miguel Palencia, took the stage!
- Lastly, Consensus 2023 was a phenomenal experience. Attendees loved our playable demo and both Qtum and Moonland’s team were busy in their booths!
