6. Distribution rules

User subscription weight = number of subscribed copies * invitation weight
Your allocation amount = (user subscription weight / total subscription weight) * total supply
2. SuperEx subscriber incentive weighting add-on
Among all IEO subscribers, according to the average number of ETs held in their accounts within 30 days, the additional amount
+1.5 weight for the top 10% of the average number of ETs held within 30 days
+1 weighting for the top 30% of the average number of ETs held within 30 days
0.5 weighting for the top 50% of the average ET holdings within 30 days
Examples:
1. The user Lares did the following in total:
subscribed to 10 SUIs with ET, while 11 invitees accumulated by Lares participated in the subscription;
Then Lares can choose to subscribe with ET, with the following weight distribution:

The value of the subscription weight of Lares is: 15
2. Calculation of the allocation amount
The subscription weight value of Lares is 15, the total subscription weight value of all users is 100, and the total supply is 100,000 SUI.
Then the orders of ET of Lares can be allocated to, for example, 10 copies requiring 100 ET:
100 * (15/100) = 15ET
The number of ETs in Lares’ SuperEx account within 7 days, in the top 30% of this 10,000 subscribers, will receive an additional incentive credit of weight 1.
Then Lares’ USDT orders can be allocated to: 100*(15/100)*(1+1)=30ET
The remaining 70 ET will be returned to the account.
7. Subscription process
7.1 After logging in to the SuperEx account, open the event subscription page;
7.2 Subscription time: 6:00 (UTC) on April 21, 2023–6:00 (UTC) on April 22, 2023, the user selects the subscription amount (no upper limit), and freezes the subscription funds;
7.3 Share freezing time: 6:00 (UTC) on April 22, 2023–7:00 (UTC) on April 23, 2023, during which the shares are frozen;
7.4 After confirming the number of subscriptions, 10% of the new coins will be unlocked when unfrozen, and the remaining 10% will be unlocked at the same time every month. All unlocking will be completed within one year, and the unlocked new coins will be automatically released to the funding account.

8. Matters needing attention:
