American Bitcoin Corp has added 500 Bitcoin (BTC) to its treasury, bringing its total holdings to 8,000 BTC, the same day the company's shares resumed trading on a split-adjusted basis following a 1-for-15 reverse stock split.

The company is a majority-owned subsidiary of Hut 8 Corp. and was co-founded by Eric Trump, who serves as Chief Strategy Officer, and Donald Trump Jr. It accumulates Bitcoin through a combination of mining and strategic purchases, including the acquisition of 11,298 ASIC miners in March 2026 to expand mining capacity.
