WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange launches a program that gives members access to trading discounts, priority service, exclusive gifts, activities, and events — WhiteBIT VIP.
The VIP program consists of 10 levels. Initially, all exchange users start at the “Basic” membership level, allowing them to trade on WhiteBIT under regular terms with fees of up to 0.1%. Upon reaching the “Newbie” level, users are granted VIP status, unlocking exclusive benefits, including:
- Discounts on maker and taker fees for spot and margin trading;
- Account manager support and priority handling of requests from VIP clients;
- Priority deposits and withdrawals;
- Exclusive gifts, events, and activities.
The discounts on trading fees increase with each new level. At the “Supreme” VIP level, a rebate for makers is available, with a fee of -0.001%. Any willing WhiteBIT users can become program members. To obtain VIP status, they need to meet 2 conditions:
- Total monthly trading volume on the spot and margin markets must be at least 100 000 USDT in equivalent.
- The total of all WhiteBIT balances (including WBT in Holding, but excluding Earn) must be at least 10,000 USDT in equivalent.
A user can get VIP status on any day of the month if they meet the conditions of the VIP program levels. From next month, on a monthly basis, the existing level will be recalculated according to the performance of the previous calendar month.
A distinctive feature of WhiteBIT VIP is that users can also obtain VIP status if they verify their trading balance and trading volume on another exchange by completing the corresponding application. However, starting the following month after submitting the application, the user must maintain their trading balance and trading volume on WhiteBIT to maintain their VIP status.
