Tencent Cloud has launched a deep fake creation tool that can produce convincing deep fake videos of individuals based on a three-minute video clip and 100 voice sentences. The service costs $145 and can develop deep fakes in Chinese and English. Tencent Cloud's new digital human production platform aims to produce live-streamed infomercials targeting the Chinese market, offering five different styles for users to choose from. Other applications of deep fakes may include representing "doctors, lawyers, and other professionals."
