The investment firm warned customers to avoid suspicious transactions and again noted that the company does not communicate with customers through social media.</p>
<p>The company emphasized that customers must confirm the genuineness of offers to avoid being duped.</p>

These scams typically swindle users of their cryptocurrency using the BlackRock name. Thus, BlackRock has published a statement stating that it does not participate in proposals made through these channels.</p>
<p>One example is the fraudulent “BlackRock iShares <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2024/05/23/xrp-price-prediction-sellers-still-in-game-whats-next-for-xrp/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">XRP</a> Trust” that recently appeared on an official registration service. The scam caused a brief surge in XRP prices until the fraud was uncovered. BlackRock had to assure that it had not filed the offering, demonstrating that one has to be careful.</p>
