<p>The IOTA Foundation has recently picked up six interesting projects for the IOTA Tenity RWA Accelerator Program. This is a collaborative effort between IOTA and Singapore-based global innovation ecosystem Tenity.</p> 
<p>All six projects will be deployed on IOTA EVM, the Layer-2 platform of IOTA compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine. These six projects seek to bring advancements in Real World Asset Tokenization, digital identity solutions, and digital product passports, along with targeting other industrial sectors such as educational institutions, governments, enterprises, and retail users.</p> 
<p>IOTA said that all these participants in the Accelerator Program will get several benefits such as receiving $50,000 grants, in-person sessions, mentorship, etc. Additionally, they would also get tailored support to meet their specific needs such as fundraising, go-to-market strategies, and other networking opportunities.</p> 
<p>The program will culminate in a Demo Day on September 17th, ahead of Token2049, where the teams will present their projects to venture capital funds and the Web3 community. Let’s take a look at the six projects chosen by the IOTA Foundation for the IOTA Tenity RWA Accelerator Program.</p> 
<h3 id="1-qiro-finance">1. Qiro Finance</h3> 
<p>Qiro is an on-chain private credit marketplace that connects fintech asset originators with on-chain investors giving fixed yield opportunities. By catering services to on-chain investors on the supply side and the fintech originators on the demand side, Qiro provides global, cost-effective financing for asset originators as well as high yield for investors via robust robust credit underwriting. By providing distributed credit underwriting infrastructure, Qiro boosts the IOTA EVM through institutional-grade Real World Asset investment opportunities on-chain.</p> 
<h3 id="2-invoicemate">2. InvoiceMate</h3> 
<p>InvoiceMate is a decentralized invoice-financing infrastructure that transforms traditional invoices into tokenized RWAs while allowing users to obtain on-chain private credit depending on their invoices. Thus, stakeholders in supply chains, trade logistics, and SMEs can gain access to finance, while retail investors can earn yield while unlocking growth and other investment opportunities. InvoiceMate already holds a strong track record of invoicing over $223 million invoicing value for over 2,000 businesses on their platform. Thus, it brings strong stablecoin investment opportunities to the IOTA EVM ecosystem.</p> 
<h3 id="3-the-real-lifestyle">3. The Real Lifestyle</h3> 
<p>The Real Lifestyle seeks to democratize property investments worldwide while addressing the inaccessibility and unaffordability of home ownership as well as the rental economy. It helps users with simplified homeownership and rentals. On the other hand, investors gain from fractionalized ownership and have the ability to earn yield. Through its revenue-generating products and property portfolios, The Real Lifestyle offers increased on-chain activity and TVL to the IOTA EVM ecosystem via transactions and asset token staking.</p> 
<h3 id="4-blackfrog">4. BlackFrog</h3> 
<p>The transition into renewable energy will increase the demand for critical minerals like cobalt and copper, up by 300% by 2030. Industrial mines alone can’t meet this demand which makes small-scale mining essential to fill the supply gap. Thus, to bring the small-scale miners into the business scenario, the IotaOrigin project BlackFrog, seeks to address this issue by providing pre-financing through loans, bonds, as well as other commodity-backed yield-bearing stablecoins via its RWA launchpad.</p> 
<p>BlackFrog holds a first-mover advantage in financing small-scale mines through the RWA launchpad, while the IOTA EVM ecosystem benefits from tradable yield-bearing stablecoins backed by commodities.</p> 
<h3 id="5-orobo">5. Orobo</h3> 
<p>Orobo takes the digital layer of the circular economy while digitizing the global transition towards a sustainable economy as well as the responsible use of resources. Its solutions are currently useful for sustainability reporting, RWA tokenization, digital twins, carbon credits, and compliance and include Digital Product Passports for the built environment. Orobo is popular among building owners as well as producers of materials and products, and managers of real estate assets, while helping them in order to validate, valorize, and verify their products and materials. Orobo’s automated data collection system leverages IOTA EVM to extract and structure data from operations and supply chains.</p>
