Community Notes is a feature Twitter (Now X) introduced in 2021. It emerged as a community-driven program for moderation. X users have used it to share informative and helpful context and assess users’ opinions about certain topics/things.
Buterin, prising these two things as “flagship social epistemic technologies,” shows he might support a decentralized version of those technologies.
