This week, Leancoin Ltd. successfully conducted a multi-day Lean Management workshop at the factory of one of the largest brick manufacturers. The training was carried out under the Lean Global Consulting brand, which is part of the Leancoin Ecosystem.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/db4a3f31ed424a2bbfa2988be1898d2a.jpeg" />These activities are tied to the UBB (Utility, Buyback, and Burning) model. The trainings are conducted by practitioners who belong to the Lean Community.
