We are pleased to share with you the progress we have made in February 2023 toward the development of Leancoin as a leading cryptocurrency platform. We have accomplished several significant milestones that we believe will further strengthen the position of Leancoin in the market. Firstly, we are proud to announce the establishment of Leancoin sp. z o.o. (Ltd) as an official entity that will offer consulting and IT services as well as buyback Leancoin. Company has been registered in Poland, and the website will be published in early March 2023. Leancoin sp. z o.o. (Ltd) will be leading Lean Global Consulting, Lean Community, and Leancoin (LEAN) initiatives. Financial reports will be published by Leancoin sp. z o.o. (Ltd). Secondly, we have submitted documentation to a leading auditing firm approved by Coin Market Cap to conduct a smart contract audit for Leancoin. If we will agree on the conditions, we expect to finalize the terms of our collaboration in March 2023, and the audit will allow us to generate Leancoin and initiate the swap process. Thirdly, we have adjusted the Lean Marketplace to enable an effective swap of Lean Management Token to Leancoin. Currently, we only accept Lean Management Token for a deposit, without the option of purchasing tokens for FIAT. We expect to launch the swap process in March 2023, immediately after the smart contract audit for Leancoin is complete. Lastly, Leancoin sp. z o.o. (Ltd) has established a partnership in February 2023 with a global manufacturing company for consulting services, with a project value of tens of thousands of USD. At this moment, the collaboration is set up only for one country and we expect to deliver services in other countries where this manufacturing company operates. Part of the earnings will be allocated towards buyback of Leancoin in the coming months. We are also in talks with new potential clients interested in Leancoin&#39;s services. We believe that these achievements demonstrate our commitment to the development of Leancoin and our determination to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
