According to the latest development, SEC Chairman Gary Gensler said that the approval process of Ethereum Spot ETFs is going “smoothly”. 
Speaking at the Bloomberg Investment Summit, SEC Chairman Gensler said the Ethereum ETF approval “went smoothly.” However, he also stated that he did not know the timing of when the product in question might be released. 
“Individual issuers are still working through the registration process. This process is running smoothly and I anticipate it will happen sometime during this summer,” Gensler said. said. Gensler also stated that “disclosure and registration” is all that remains before the ETFs launch.
