Balchunas highlighted the inconsistency of the SEC’s approach should they reject Ethereum ETFs after approving Bitcoin ETFs and futures. He referenced a recent legal battle where Grayscale challenged the SEC over their refusal to convert its Bitcoin fund into an ETF, a challenge that Grayscale won.</p>
