<p>Atlanta Federal Reserve President, Raphael Bostic, stated on Thursday that an interest rate cut in the fourth quarter was likely, with inflation moving in the right direction, as reported by Reuters. He further included that penciled in four quarter-percentage-point rate cuts for 2025, the Fed is on a long-term arc. Fed can achieve a 2% inflation with a job market that remains tight by historical standards. With Housing costs being at the forefront of the conversation he remains confident shelter inflation will fall back into line. The GDP and job market data suggest an orderly deceleration in activity that will balance supply and demand and lower inflation.</p>
