<p>Decentralized finance projects face a critical question of how to steward resources during the <a href="https://btcpeers.com/what-is-the-best-cryptocurrency-to-invest-in/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto</a> winter to be ready when the market turns around.
