According to the NYDIG blog, October 13 is the deadline for the SEC to appeal the decision in the Grayscale case. Additionally, the SEC must also respond to the Bitwise Bitcoin ETP Trust by October 16 and give its response (approval, denial, or delay) to Nasdaq’s request to list the iShares Bitcoin Fund before October 17. These headlines indicate that the SEC is under a time crunch to make important rulings regarding cryptocurrencies, which can have a significant impact on the crypto industry.</p>
