Beyond a summit, ABS2024 features multi-day events from Solana, Ethereum, TON, Polkadot, BTC Ordinals, TRON and GEDA gaming, creating a global nexus of blockchain expertise.&nbsp;Technology visionaries and innovators from over 65 countries converge in Taipei.&nbsp; 
Taipei, Taiwan, July 22, 2024 — The Asia Blockchain Summit 2024 (ABS2024) will take place from August 6 to 8 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center.
ABS2024, powered by BlockTempo, combines multiple blockchain events, summits, and conferences into a three-day packed international technology movement. Joseph Gordon-Levitt, a two-time Primetime Emmy Award-winning actor, will also be speaking in person at ABS2024.
The three-day event highlights Taiwan’s role as a Web3 hub by hosting summits and events for leaders in key Web3 verticals, drawing over 15,000 attendees from more than 65 countries. Beyond a Summit: Global Web3 Ecosystem, including TON, GEDA, TRON, Solana, Ethereum, BTC Ordinals, and Polkadot converge at ABS2024 
ABS2024 official events include this summer's largest TON summit, The Open Summit, the world’s largest Web3 gaming show, Web3 Game Con hosted by GEDA, and the Plurality Summit.&nbsp;
The Open Summit, the largest TON summit this summer, is set to be a landmark event for the global TON community. Powered by TONX and supported by the global TON community, keynote speakers include Steve Yun, President of the TON Foundation; David Mak, CEO of Catizen; Dr. Awesome Doge, Co-Founder of TONX; Jeff Ren, Partner of OKX Ventures; TM Lee, CEO and co-founder of CoinGecko and other leaders in the TON community.
The ABS2024 Game Con, sponsored by GEDA, will host live tournaments on a professional esports stage and feature panel discussions with gaming industry leaders. Attendees will be able to explore over fifty games and participate in a world-class tournament hosted by Matr1x Fire.
ABS2024 has a dedicated stage for Solana. The Solana ecosystem will be presenting the latest innovations and developments at ABS2024. Lily Liu, President of the Solana Foundation, will be sharing her insights on the future of Solana. Solana ecosystem speakers will provide in-depth discussions on the latest trends, as well as key developments.
As a title sponsor, TRON will host a 3-day activation with engaging talks. Polkadot will have an ecosystem booth activation at the heart of the ABS2024 exhibition center. The BTC Ordinals stage will highlight advancements within the ecosystem, offering talks and panel sessions that give a comprehensive view of the evolving ecosystem.&nbsp;
The summit will also host the Taiwan Pavilion, a special area dedicated to showcasing Taiwanese Web3 innovations. This space will highlight the local talent and technological advancements that are positioning Taiwan at the forefront of the global Web3 movement.
Key speakers at ABS2024 include Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin, who will be speaking in person at the Plurality Summit on August 8; Hester M. Pierce, Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; Audrey Tang, Taiwan’s First Digital Minister; Glen Weyl,&nbsp; Economist at Microsoft Research; Ray Chan, founder and CEO of Memeland; Paul Grewal, Coinbase CLO; Samson Mow, CEO of Jan3; and Scott Moore, co-Founder of Gitcoin. Web2 Giants Entering Web3: ASUS, ACER, Far Eastern Group, FamilyMart, Taiwan Mobile, Alibaba Cloud 
This year’s summit will feature Taiwan’s technology giants ASUS and ACER participating in Taiwan’s rise as a global blockchain hub. ASUS Metaverse, a pioneering company collaborating with top-tier global partners to build transformative Web 3 ecosystems, will have a large area at the ABS2024 exhibition center to showcase their latest Web3 innovations.&nbsp;
ABS2024 will also feature exciting collaborations and exhibitions that spotlight the integration of blockchain technology into everyday life. Powered by BitoGroup, FamilyMart will present the future of convenience stores at ABS2024. FamilyMart has over 3000+ branches in Taiwan. At the event, a dedicated area will showcase a futuristic concept truck designed to demonstrate innovative payment solutions.
Bankee Social Bank by Far Eastern International Bank, one of Taiwan's leading financial institutions, will be announcing its Blockchain Roadmap. Their panel session will include speakers from Taiwan’s prominent financial institutions. Taiwan Mobile, Taiwan's second-largest telecom operator, has entered the blockchain industry, and the executive who spearheaded this move into Web3 will be speaking at ABS2024. Alibaba Cloud will have a special activation at the ABS2024 exhibition center.&nbsp;
A special talk between Stan Shih, Co-Founder of ACER and Che-Yu Wu, Founder of Monoame Interactive, will take place on the ABS2024 Main Stage. Shih will share insights into digital art, digital assets and his visionary outlook for Taiwan’s future, emphasizing creativity and the arts.
This year’s summit will feature interactive workshops, panel discussions and networking sessions designed to foster collaborative solutions and global connections.
