	Binance, one of the world&#8217;s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has issued a robust response to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission&#8217;s (SEC) recent lawsuit.

The company believes the SEC has abandoned a collaborative approach and chosen to act unilaterally.
