<p>Arcade NFTs, a disruptive 3D art and Gaming studio, will collaborate with <a href="https://planetix.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Planet IX</a>, an NFT strategy game. The Arcade NFTs <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/glossary/smart-contract/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">smart contract</a> will be incorporated into Planet XI as part of the collaboration.</p><h2 id="header-0">Details of the Arcade NFTs Smart Contract</h2><p>Arcade NFTs is a 3D art and gaming studio. Its vision is to move Web2 gaming into <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/glossary/web-3-0/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Web3</a>. The project is based on bringing old-school games into the future. Its <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/nft/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">NFT</a> collections allow owners to interact with them as they enjoy old-school arcade games. Thus far, it has released four collections. The smart contract was designed for PVP and P2E Metaverse gaming. Its implementation will enable <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/glossary/on-chain/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">on-chain</a> competitive gaming and open the E-sports market to Plane IX. With the smart contract, it is possible to control and fulfill various aspects of the game, such as payments, ranking, and prizes.</p><h2 id="header-1">Details of the Planet IX Game</h2><p>Planet IX is a Web3 strategy game. It runs on the <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/?s&#61;polygon" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Polygon blockchain</a>. The game’s backstory is that of a dystopian version of Earth. Participants have a mission of acquiring, collecting, and developing land mass to restore the planet to its original state. As part of its future strategy, the project will roll out strategies that ensure compensation for negative environmental impact. For instance, it will partner with ESG-focused projects and organizations.</p><p>Planet IX is a game with a mission for mass adoption. It aims to be the biggest on-chain game in the world. To achieve this goal, developers have placed a premium on the in-game assets’ utility. These in-game assets exist as NFTs. These NFTs will be a staple of the game’s <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/glossary/digital-asset-ecosystem/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">ecosystem</a>, enabling competitive gaming built upon its P2E and Free2Play elements.</p><p><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/optimized-uploads/b5f5a0edc9914b3b98454ef1b8da9381.png" /></p><p>One of the NFTs coming to Planet IX is Genesis Pinball by Arcade NFTs. It is a limited edition NFT that was launched in August 2021. The NFT comes with a playable pinball game inside, which lets users enter the NFT directly on OpenSea to play the game. Genesis Pinball is the first real on-chain game nestled inside an NFT. It marked a historical moment for NFT collectibles upon launch and will now be part of Planet IX.</p><h2 id="header-2">What the Leadership Team Had to Say</h2><p>According to the CEO of Planet IX, Felix Bengtsson, the partnership with <a href="https://www.metadragonz.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Arcade NFTs</a> would be a gateway for more opportunities. It will allow Planet IX to improve its visibility as a leader in the GameFi and NFT sector, which merges a strategy-based game with on-chain E-Sports competitions. Once Arcade NFTs merge with Planet IX, Arcade NFTs holders and the ecosystem participants of Planet IX will see beneficial results.</p>
