<p>Ark Invest and 21 shares have reportedly removed staking plans from their updated spot Ethereum ETF approval as per a filing submitted on Friday. But the broader comments remain which include- losses due to slashing penalties, temporarily inaccessible funds during bonding and unbonding, and the potential price impact on Ether. The Bloomberg ETF analyst suggests that the update might be an attempt to refine its application to the SEC based on its comments and a last effort to limit the information available to the SEC to base a potential rejection upon.</p>
