It's been a bustling quarter in Karak Land

Some Klan updates on the state of affairs for fellow Karakians🍊 
1) Community feast: there have been several external blockers that set initial timelines back, but finally, the table shall be ready shortly

2) Loyalty-based NFT launch: the collection is ready for launch (likely next week), we are just finalizing qualifying addresses this week
3) L1 Testnet: we are launching internal testnet for the L1 featuring the initial shared security + exchange modules this week.

For public testnet, we will be sending a form in early April to select users who will be getting exclusive early access.
4) Institutional: as part of the shared security module, we have the largest institutions in the world as partners who will help provide institutional-grade security + yield opportunities for developers, users, enterprises, and nation states building on or using karak.
5) Ecosystem: as we approach public testnet, be on the lookout for spotlight use cases launching on the Karak L1 but also be on the lookout for top-tier teams launching their own sovereign, specialized L1 using KNS 👀

LayerZero is an omnichain interoperability protocol designed for lightweight message passing across chains. LayerZero provides authentic and guaranteed message delivery with configurable trustlessness. It is a “blockchain of blockchains” that allows other blockchain networks to communicate directly and in a trustless manner.

LayerZero’s key feature is Ultra Light Nodes (ULNs). These smart contracts run on each blockchain and act as endpoints for cross-chain communication. ULNs verify the validity of transactions and messages from other chains using block headers and transaction proofs, ensuring security and efficiency.
