What makes your project unique?

Sports + Gaming: Even though gaming as an industry is expanding, the shelf life of even successful games is shrinking. On the other hand, sports as a form of entertainment has stood the test of time and continues to attract masses and high engagement like nothing else. Merging the genres of sports and gaming would not just attract passionate fanbases of sports but also extend the shelf life of games and products sustainably.

Global Reach by Expanding to Other Sports: With a focus on cricket initially (2.5B global viewership), Bowled aims to expand to other major sports, such as MMA, soccer, basketball, F1 and tennis, catering to diverse yet engaged audiences worldwide, including underserved and untapped markets.

IP-Backed Products: Collaborations with IP-holders allow Bowled to tap into the fan base directly and ensure exclusive content by launching IP-backed assets, products, and platforms. Bowled has access to IPs of 900+ male and female cricketers, Axie Infinity IP, and upcoming IPs of MMA, soccer and other sports. Bowled is also in the process of acquiring IPs of those beyond sports, such as one of the biggest resort operators in the US, the tourism board of a popular country, and more, to build innovative experiences and sophisticated infrastructure for them.

Immersive Gameplay: Leveraging multi-genre sports games, real-time data from live matches, PvP and other tournaments, and more, Bowled offers engaging gaming experiences.

Partnerships: Partnerships with IP holders, guilds, esports teams, gaming studios, creators, and ecosystem players create business defensibility for Bowed. Sky Mavis (Axie Infinity) is a strategic investor and partner, allowing access to a community of over 10 million web3 gamers.

Innovative Template and Features: Free-to-play hypercasual games create a low barrier to entry, and digital asset-based games solve for higher retention. By deploying free-to-play, play-and-earn, and own-and-earn models, Bowled offers diverse revenue and monetisation streams to users and partners alike. This template, with intricate user loops through their state-of-the-art tech stack and infrastructure, will be replicated for other sports.
