House Financial Services and Agriculture Republicans released an updated version of the crypto market regulation bill on Tuesday, agreeing to make changes after Democrats raised concerns. Updates include additional funding for the CFTC to implement the bill, as well as changes to the SEC and CFTC’s authority over stablecoins.
