Welcome to Wepublic, a fair and transparent platform that aims to make a positive impact on the society by allowing users to actively participate in the creation and operation of decentralized and autonomous organizations (DAOs).
As announced previously, today we have completed the update of three major features of the Wepublic service – proof of ID, proof of qualification, and proof of balance protocols.
[Update Details]
• Proof of ID: Users can participate in DAOs by authenticating their identity through the Wepublic Wallet App.
• Proof of Qualification: A Soul Bound Token (SBT), an NFT identification to prove one’s affiliation, is issued when a user joins the DAO. The issued SBT can be checked in the Wepublic Wallet App.
• Proof of Balance: Users can transparently monitor the bank statements of DAOs through minting and burning records of each organization’s mirror token.
• Proof of ID: Users can participate in DAOs by authenticating their identity through the Wepublic Wallet App.

Wepublic transparently shares the status of funds through an equal voting process of the community based on the following 4 decentralized protocols of the blockchain technology.
• Proof of ID: Via Wepublic Wallet App, which utilizes the DID (Decentralized Identifier) technology, users can safely prove one’s identification through a simple confirmation process. Also, the identification of users is guaranteed without revealing one’s personal information in DAO.
• Proof of Qualification: By using SBT(Soul Bound Token), an NFT identification that can't be forged, each can prove its affiliation of a specific organization both on and off-chains. Also ratings and roles are delegated to members of the organizations to support the operation and management of the organization.
• Proof of Results: All procedures from agenda setting and voting to final results are transparently recorded on the blockchain, which allows easy access by anyone. Since the record cannot be forged, it strengthens trust among the community members and facilitates member participation.
• Proof of Balance: Transparency in fund management is achieved by recording the current status or flow of funds such as deposit and withdrawal status of the organization with all records disclosed to everyone.
• Proof of Qualification: By using SBT(Soul Bound Token), an NFT identification that can't be forged, each can prove its affiliation of a specific organization both on and off-chains.
