The Dutch government has accepted Crypto.com as a legitimate crypto service provider. It marks a significant milestone for the company. Following a thorough examination of Crypto.com’s operations and compliance procedures, De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) has approved the company’s application. It has registered as a crypto service provider under the Netherlands’ Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act (Wwft).

It is a recognized crypto-asset business by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Crypto.com Receives Global Regulatory Approvals for Crypto Services

The company has obtained approvals and registrations from several other regulatory bodies. It includes the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and Virtual Asset Service Provider registration in South Korea. In Australia, Crypto.com is registered as a Digital Currency Exchange Provider and Independent Remittance Dealer by AUSTRAC. It holds an Australian Financial Services License and Australian Credit License from the ASIC.

Furthermore, Crypto.com is listed as a Virtual Asset Service Provider with the Bank of Spain, Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) in Italy, and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in Greece. The company is also registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Cyprus. It also has gained regulatory approval from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. Moreover, it has undertaken a pre-registration procedure with the Canada Securities Administrators.

Crypto.com is recognized as a legitimate crypto service provider in the Netherlands. It highlights the company’s ongoing efforts to comply with regulatory requirements worldwide.
