<p>Today, we know that the final showdown between the crypto company Binance and the SEC is almost over. After a long road of legal requests and strategic depositions, the two titans are preparing for <strong>the last act</strong>.</p>
<p>The SEC required from crypto exchange platform Binance detailed information about its operations, specifically concerning client asset management and cryptocurrency wallet software. In <a href="https://coinpedia.org/news/the-final-showdown-binance-vs-sec-legal-battle-nearing-conclusion/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">response</a>, Binance provided 300,000 pages of documents. For its part, the crypto exchange asserts that it has fulfilled its <strong>disclosure obligations</strong>.</p>

<p>The court plans to finish all pre-trial investigation processes and depositions by April.
