There is no ability to mint more tokens.

Who Is the Founders of GRC?

The founder of GRC is Iaroslav Ignatenko, who is originally from Russia, but currently lives in Tasmania, Australia. He is a practicing counselor and has a degree in Applied Psychology and Social Work.

Iaroslav always believed in gold-backed currencies and was disappointed about the current situation in the world, where the government can print fiat currency without any gold-backing. The developer wanted to create a cryptocurrency that is not just numbers on the screen, but that these numbers are tied to valuable physical asset - gold. That's how GRC came about.
