The Terra Land project will be a global transaction platform for the equity sale of real estate, based on blockchain technology. In the first stage, these will be commercial properties intended for investment purposes, those that generate a maintenance-free rate of return for investors. The work on the project began in 2019. In June 2020, the project was favored by the VC Impera Alfa fund, which resulted in receiving a grant from the National Center for Research and Development(European Union capital) for the implementation of the MVP platform. The BETA version of the platform with the possibility of user registration as well as adding and reviewing available properties was published to users at the beginning of July 2021 . The fully functional version of the platform will be available for users by the end of November 2021.
