Gracy provides the following features to bolster team culture:

• Public Recognition: Gracy enables public recognitions between members of the workspace to improve employee engagement. Both sender and receiver of public recognitions are rewarded with tokens for boosting team atmosphere.

• Communication Encouragement: Gracy induces members to occasionally start open discussions, and randomly matches members for small chats. By encouraging activity and communication within the workspace, Gracy restores connectivity among members who are becoming distant. Members receive token rewards based on their participation.

• Peer Evaluation: Gracy offers private feedback session where members provide each other with constructive feedback for personal growth. Anonymous surveys can provide employee evaluation data to company managers. Members receive token rewards based on their participation.

• Analytics Data: Gracy provides visualized analytics of member activities to enterprise managers. This makes it easier for them to measure performance and evaluate employees. Accessing analytics data requires payment using tokens.
