SO what even is an Alpha DAO? Our community started as a collective of crypto traders and enthusiasts looking to pool together our connections, influence, and capital as a way to streamline our efforts, identify safe-opportunities in micro-crypto, and also receive + share alpha (information that is not publicly known - usually insider info.) about upcoming crypto launches. From this pod of just a few members grew our desire to create a project - our passion project - that encompassed what we believed to be all of the best utilities in crypto and provide access to them in one unified ecosystem.

$PP Token is the native currency of the Phoenix Protocol Alpha DAO ecosystem. $PP is a decentralized protocol layer designed for our community-governed initiatives and operations. DAO participation is implemented via member-only community rooms and voting mechanisms.

Governance: $PP Token is an ERC-20 governance token. Buy $PP Token, and your ownership provides access to our DAO, delegates voting-rights, and access to the many utilities included within the PP Alpha DAO ecosystem.

Access and Rewards: Our utility token is the key to a robust web3 ecosystem which incentivizes and rewards our holders. PP aims to bring a modern loyalty and rewards program to crypto through our fun and communal experience. Rewards are delegated to DAO members through various functions such as regular buybacks, liquidity burns, and token airdrops to our loyal holders. Future implementations of the PP access and rewards system will be designed to increase token stability and provide streamlined DAO integration - examples include both our upcoming staking platform and NFTS in which by owning X amount of tokens you will receive a corresponding NFT for your rewards level and will be able to use that for access to events, clubs, research, education, community, etc…

Lastly, revenue generated by our ecosystem brings back added value to DAO members, who are able to take advantage of the PP ecosystem’s services including Launchpad, Trading, and Marketing.

Launchpad: The PP Alpha DAO is the perfect launchpad for both upcoming and pre-existing projects. Firstly, our experienced multi-disciplined team can provide launch assistance services such as Deployment, Liquidity Management, Marketing, Token Listings, Social Media and more.

Secondly, our launchpad has also implemented a unique acquisition structure in which PP Alpha DAO is able to acquire valuable, struggling, forgotten projects and integrate them seamlessly into our $PP Token, expanding our horizons, adding valuable new members to our projects, and breathing new life into pre-existing projects.

Trading: As a group of avid crypto-traders, we initially built our DAO for alpha sharing and extended this valuable pool of knowledge to incoming DAO members as well. Trading as a service (TAAS) is one of the many utilities offered to our DAO in which we have implemented multiple trading wallets, allowing trading profits to come back to the DAO itself in the form of buybacks and burns. So a DAO member receives alpha -> shares alpha with DAO -> DAO wallets profits -> profits from DAO earn YOU money. Quite a nice utility if I do say so myself.

Marketing: PP’s DAO also offers a platform for other projects to present their tokens & ideas to our community.
