WingStep Token (WST) is the utility token of the WingStep ecosystem, it’s used as an in-game currency and alternative to experience points. WST is required for repair, upgrade mint NFT Sneakers, Unlock Gem Socket and buy CD Ticket . WST can be earned when users move in 5 game modes, SocialFi and DeFi Zone…

Players receive WingStep Token (WST) via the WingStep app, tokens are generated in walking / running / walking modes. Investors can also earn WST by staking in DeFi Zone.

WST tokens can also be donated to creator on WingStep SocialFi, supporting the creator to create contents for their followers.

WST has a total supply of 500.000.000 tokens distributed as follows:

15%  to IDO
15% to the Team
5% to Partner
49% to the platform's Ecosystem/ Move to Earn
11% to DeFi/ LP
5% for Marketing

Once used, the WST token is automatically burned to reduce the supply. Here are the specific cases where burning occurs: shoe-minting, repairing pairs of shoes, leveling up NFT-Sneakers, adding gems / gems upgrade, unlocking new socket.

WST is used as fees for processing transactions, operation in WingStep and we burn all WST token fees from in-game activities (Except buying NFTs)
DeFi Zone: It is compulsory to lock $WST/ $WSS in 3 months to receive NFT box reward and stake NFT Sneaker in the same duration to receive token rewards.
Minting NFTs : merging 2 NFTs of the same rarity to obtain 1 new NFT of same or higher rarity (see ratio in whitepaper). The NFT minting cost $WST. the two original NFT Sneakers are burned.
NFT Sneakers are required to be upgraded, repaired after a certain using period. Those tasks cost $WST.
AFK mechanism (Punishement) reduces the durability of that NFT Sneaker of 25% when user doesnt use Sneaker for a certain of time.. It encourages users to practice very often and have to repair their sneakers often that cost WST.
NFT Sneaker can be ONLY sold on the Marketplace when it reaches the certain levels, depend on their rarity/ stats (see our whitepaper)
