What is Blockchain Adventurers Guild (BAG)?
The Blockchain Adventurers Guild is an educational blockchain platform with the intent to educate new users about cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and NFTs.
The governance token, BAG, was launched on April 6, 2021, by a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization). BAG token is used to farm BGLD, used for purchasing things on the website’s shop.
On Oct 19, 2021, the educational platform site thisistheway.finance was launched. Users can make an account, their Guild ID, and a shareable profile featuring an Avatar, Pet, and Item section. They take quests to earn XP and BGLD, a token used to buy NFTs from the Shop. These quests give users easy tasks, such as setting up a wallet, making a transaction, etc. and they are rewarded with crypto.
It’s a way for complete newbies who know nothing about the space to get them to the point where they can learn DeFi, take action, and eventually achieve financial freedom through crypto.
