<p><br />Dear all,</p><p>We are pleased to announce that the IDEAS DAO has been deployed and is now online!<br /></p><h2 id="header-0">Mumbai Test Network</h2><p>We have chosen to deploy the DAO on the Mumbai testnet network instead of the Goerli network because it’s easier to get and faster than the Goerli network.<br /></p><h2 id="header-1">Holders</h2><p>As previously mentioned, all holders with more than 10k IDEAS are eligible to participate in the DAO, and those with more than 50k IDEAS can create propositions (These numbers can be updated through propositions within the DAO).</p><p>You can find a PDF file below that displays all the members of the DAO and their corresponding Voting Powers. <a href="https://www.ideastoken.com/DAO/june2023.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.ideastoken.com/DAO/june2023.pdf</a><br /></p><h2 id="header-2">Connect To The DAO</h2><p>Further down, you will find information on how to join the DAO.</p><p>If you find the process too technical, worry not, as we will be releasing instructional videos in the upcoming days that explain how to join the DAO, create propositions, and cast votes.<br /></p><h2 id="header-3">Add Mumbai Network</h2><p>Firstly, open your Metamask wallet and add the Mumbai network.</p><p>To do this, click on the “add network” button in the Metamask wallet and then select “add network manually”, and enter the following information:</p><p><strong>Network Name:</strong> Mumbai<br /><strong>New RPC URL:</strong> <a href="https://polygon-mumbai.infura.io/v3/481a4cdc7c774286b8627f21c6827f48" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://polygon-mumbai.infura.io/v3/481a4cdc7c774286b8627f21c6827f48</a><br /><strong>Chain ID:</strong> 80001<br /><strong>Currency Symbol: </strong>MATIC</p><p>done!<br /></p><h2 id="header-4">Get Matic (testnet)</h2><p>Mumbai serves as a Matic test network.To acquire free Matic on the Mumbai network, simply follow this link: <a href="https://faucet.polygon.technology/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://faucet.polygon.technology/</a></p><p>Select Mumbai and Matic token, paste your address, and click submit.</p><p>You will receive an amount of Matic token (testnet) for the transactions.<br /></p><h2 id="header-5">Connect</h2><p>Next, access the DAO through this link: <a href="https://app.aragon.org/#/daos/mumbai/0x52e23e3fa0735ee8d3cb47ea898a9f5eacf1dbdc/dashboard" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://app.aragon.org/#/daos/mumbai/0x52e23e3fa0735ee8d3cb47ea898a9f5eacf1dbdc/dashboard</a></p><p>Connect your wallet by clicking the connect button located in the top right corner.</p><p>Congratulations!
