The roots of the Kindly can be traced back to the vision and career of our co-founder, Paul Rodney Turner, and the international food relief he directs called Food for Life Global www.ffl.org.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/7c3647d613eb4644a1dfe3600c5d4e93.jpg" />Turner’s humanitarian career dates back to 1983 when his first service as a young monk was to cook and serve meals to the homeless in Sydney, Australia. Turner expanded that charitable program to 65 countries over the next 39 years, and during that time, he helped mold the non-profit into a global force for good.While Food for Life Global has proven to be one of the most cost-efficient and responsive food relief organizations globally, it has positioned itself as an agency for change. With this in mind, we make it a policy that all meals prepared by our volunteers are cooked with a loving intention, so much so that our chefs will not even taste the food while they cook,” he claims.Food for Life Global takes this approach because one of the ingredients that go into a meal is the mindset of the people that prepare it. “Our aim is ‘complete welfare,’ and we can only do that if we nourish a person’s body, mind, and soul,” Turner says.It is this same purity of purpose that drives the kindly ecosystem. While Kindly is not a religious organization, our strategy does have spiritual undertones.
